Is my money safe with Optimal Currency?
Your peace of mind is our priority and as such the safety of your international transfers is central to our business. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and strictly adhere to their regulations, including operating safeguarded client accounts. Your payment will normally be made on the same day that your funds are received and if we do have to hold your funds on account, they will be safeguarded in accordance with FCA guidelines and always held separately from our business’ own funds. And throughout the process we will be in contact with you, so you are always up to date as to the status of your funds.
The relationship with our clients is a fundamental part of our customer service so we don’t outsource to offshore businesses, and there are no impersonal call-centres or automated call answering.
Instead, we prefer to do everything in-house, so you know who you are speaking to when you talk to us. You will get a one-to-one personal service so you can speak with the same person throughout your time with us which we feel makes the process smoother and more stress-free.
